The entire machine uses a closed pre-stressed composite frame, optimized through stress field, displacement field, and temperature field 3D finite element simulation.
Front beam, cylinder base, and moving beam use ZG270-500 cast steel; main cylinders are 35# integral forged steel; tension columns use 42CrMo quenched and tempered forged steel;
Main plunger surface is hardfaced with 3Cr13 stainless steel for high hardness; container liner uses H13 heat-resistant steel, outer sleeve uses 5CrMnMo alloy steel for heat resistance, wear resistance, and long service life;
