This project includes 1650T and 2750T medium-to-large tonnage servo energy-saving extrusion presses. Both feature short-stroke, moving stem, rear-loading billet design, equipped with full servo drive systems and top-tier hydraulic and electrical components. Built specifically for precision aluminum profile production, they balance energy savings, efficiency, high precision, and stability, processing all aluminum alloy series. Manufactured to high industry standards, they are ideal workhorses for medium-to-large aluminum profile plants.

 

II. Core Equipment Advantages

(1) Rugged construction for long-term precision

1. Pre-stressed frame design – Heavy-duty pre-stressed structure with pre-tension 1.2x higher than tie-rod design force. Main cylinder, front beam, and moving beam use 35#/cast steel, with 40Cr quenched tie-rods for exceptional rigidity. Main plunger uses chilled alloy cast iron with high surface hardness for wear and impact resistance, maintaining tight tolerances under heavy loads.

2. Premium materials and workmanship – Container liner uses H13 heat-resistant alloy steel, outer sleeve uses 5CrMnMo steel. Extrusion stem, head, and other wear parts use high-grade tool steel for heat and wear resistance. All cylinders use premium seals with copper sleeve guides for excellent sealing and leak prevention.

Both models feature liquid-cooled servo main control + servo manipulator system as key highlights:

1. Servo motors achieve up to 95% efficiency, far above conventional induction motors, with near-zero no-load current, fast response, and minimal grid impact;

2. Dynamic speed and displacement adjustment enables on-demand power output, with total energy savings of 10%~20%, up to 25% when processing hard alloy profiles;

3. Dedicated closed-loop liquid cooling maintains servo motor temperature below 40°C, preventing overheating, demagnetization, and scale buildup, significantly extending motor life.
