The equipment uses a full pre-stressed frame structure, optimized through 3D finite element stress analysis, significantly reducing elastic deformation during extrusion. The machine maintains high alignment accuracy and rigidity, resisting deformation under long-term heavy loads to ensure stable dimensional tolerances. The main plunger is wear-resistant and durable, extending overall service life.

3. Intelligent electrical control system with high automation and easy operation. The electrical system uses internationally renowned components with full-auto/semi-auto/manual multi-mode cycle control. Extrusion speed is steplessly adjustable, container temperature control accuracy is within ±5°C, and operating data such as oil temperature and level are displayed in real time for intuitive HMI interaction. The equipment includes comprehensive safety interlocks and emergency stop systems to prevent operator error and significantly enhance production safety. 

4. Short-stroke + rear-loading design for excellent productivity. The classic short-stroke, moving stem, rear-loading billet structure, combined with a servo-driven billet loader, ensures precise and efficient billet feeding. The non-extrusion cycle time is short with tight process sequencing, significantly improving productivity over conventional models. Equipped with a cassette-type dual die holder quick-change mechanism, in-die shear, and independent residual knocking structure, die changes, shearing, and maintenance are more convenient, effectively reducing downtime and increasing overall capacity. 

5. Broad alloy compatibility. The equipment stably processes 1-8 series aluminum alloys, covering building profiles, industrial profiles, and high-strength specialty aluminum. The container, stem, and die components use high-end alloy tool steels such as H13 and 5CrNiMo, all inspected and qualified for heat resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-cycle, high-load production conditions.
